Before anything else, first thing which is important is you need to understand all concepts from the basics. Once concepts are clear, you don’t need to revise them again from depth. Understand properly, make notes, then start revising it daily. Start with new topic everyday, but do revise the previous one before starting the new one. When you’ll keep on revising all topics everyday in small portions, you cannot forget concepts till end.

Some subjects are like once you have cleared concepts in first time, you don’t need to read them again and again repeatedly. Similar case with prelims aptitude. Start with one topic and with full concentration try to understand all the rules and concepts. Then try solving some questions related to that particular topic and find where you need to work more.
