    Rau’s IAS Study Circle is the oldest & most reliable ias institute in Delhi for UPSC preparation. My maternal uncle who is around 65 years now has done his ias preparations from Rau’s Delhi branch. So you can imagine how old it is. Rau’s is 100% reliable and trustworthy as its the inceptor of the ias preparations in India and many ex-government officials, bureaucrats and ias officers are the ex-students of Rau’s IAS – Delhi branch.
