    If you are looking for the detailed explanation on the personality round for ias exams then I would suggest you to read the blog uploaded on Rau’s IAS blog page. There are 2 blogs on interview preparations which is really good. They are titled as TIPS FOR PREPARING FOR IAS INTERVIEW PART I & TIPS FOR PREPARING FOR INTERVIEW -PART II.
