I am a student of class XIIth and i have decided to give the UPSC exam for IPS , i want to simply know that if i will do my graduation private not regular….it can effect my UPSC eligibility or my Interview in future?? Because i think, apart from wasting time in college daily i can use my precious time for UPSC after 12th !!
