How to prepare for IAS 2017

    Hi all!
    I have just started my preparation for IAS-2017. But my problem is i can’t able to study continuously for many hours.Can anyone tell me the way to study…. whether to concentrate & complete the subjects one by one or to schedule particular time daily for particular subject?

    The first thing should be to prepare a time table as per the availability of time with you. The time-table should not be just to enhance the beauty of your study table. You should follow it strictly and devote decided time to each subject.

    If you still find it difficult to manage the study time on your own, you should take admission in a reputed IAS coaching center. The benefit of joining a coaching center is that you will have to study for specific hours every day. Gradually, you will develop habit of regular studies for 8-10 hours. Further, teachers at the coaching center also tell you different tricks to make most out of every minute to cover complete syllabus for IAS exam

    How to prepare for IAS exam- we are providing some guidelines which may be help to the aspirant to achieve success.

    1 .Go through the previous question papers: It is the most important part of your strategy to invest your time to go through the previous question papers.
    2. Selection of books: It is advised not to go through a lot of books, instead rely on one standard book on each topic which deals with the basic concepts.
    3. Make your own notes: It is always advisable to make notes of the related topics as you go through the books and other study material.
    4. Strategy for General Studies: General studies paper is equally important for Prelims and Mains examination.
    5. Prepare short notes of important topics with relevant points and always rely on your self-prepared notes.
